  • Heavily ribbed box-type base made in Meehanite casting with Turcite coated double V slideways,which is normalized and stress relieved, providing maximum rigidity to assure machine stability and vibration free operation.
  • Hydrostatic Babbitt type spindle bearing with a 3 point design and pressurized, filtered, recirculation oil system eliminates metal to metal contact. A pressure switch interlock prevents spindle start up until oil pressure is build up.
  • Hydraulic & lubrications systems are air cooled to maintain constant oil temperature and separate from the machine to eliminate vibration and dissipate heat.
  • Optional automatic loading & unloading systems for infeed or thrufeed operations.
  • CNC configurations from one single axis to 6-axes.
  • Mitsibishi PLC control uses a menu driven LCD touch screen for simple operation.
